If a registrant is unable to participate in the symposium for any reason, he may, in consultation with the registrar, have someone else participate in his place. The invoice for the new registration will be adjusted according to the membership status of the new registrant.
Registrations cancelled more than 3 weeks before the event, i.e. on or before 1 October 2025, will be eligible for a refund of 80% of the registration fee paid.
Entries cancelled less than 3 weeks prior to the event, i.e. on or after 1 October 2025, will not be eligible for a refund.
Your registration is only final after full payment of the registration fee.
Fees for the Symposium
BeSL Members / Vodder School members fee: 80 euros
Non members: 150 euros
Students post graduate: 50 euros
Students pre graduate: Free ( please encode "student" in the RIZIV/INAMI space.
For the new members who have paid their membership fees, The symposium fees are offered for this year.

The registration is obligatory before the 1st of October 2025 (to all the students) for catering needs.
